            Vision is certainly one of the key attributes that has lead to the establishment and success of what has become Lawrenceburg’s most experienced and most successful real estate company.  Just over 10 years ago, Cindy Crutcher was an up and coming local agent beginning a journey that she never thought would bring her and her husband, Mark, this far.  After 12 years of being a top producing agent, Cindy felt that she and Mark were ready for a new phase of life and opened their own company, Crutcher Properties, in 1999.  Starting with only 3 agents and a bookkeeper, Crutcher Properties set their standards high wanting to provide “Quality Service with a Personal Touch.”  A personal touch is exactly what Lawrenceburg needed.  By the end of 2000, Cindy had expanded and added another agent to her team and the company was #1 in sales.  This vision of “Quality Service with a Personal Touch” continually has shown through as the company has grown to have now 11 agents, with a combined 70 years of real estate experience and the office continues to be on top of the market in just the 7 years that it has been open. 

            In May of 2005, Mark and Cindy Crutcher decided to expand on their vision once again and joined forces with a new franchise company, Exit Realty.  On May 22, 2005, the company became Exit Realty Crutcher Team providing residuals for their agents to enhance the quality of the real estate business.  By seeing the invisible, the Crutchers continue to expand and develop real estate opportunities for their agents, for their community, and for their customers.
